Signed as goalkeeping cover after Alec Chamberlain picked up an injury that ruled him out for a month (see also Kevin Mitchell and Paul O'Reilly), Jon Sheffield was largely invisible to anyone who doesn't frequent reserve games. The only sightings of him were in warm-ups with Kevin Miller - he didn't even make it onto the bench for the first team. Which, unfortunately, means I can't think of much to say about him...
