96/97 review: May As if to add insult to injury, our defence, previously tighter than a rubber band round an elephant, contrived to concede four goals in the second half at Burnley. Perhaps they were trying to make Tommy Mooney feel better about that missed penalty ("You see, Tommy, we'd have missed out on the playoffs anyway"), perhaps they'd just given up, perhaps I don't know what I'm talking about 'cause I wasn't there...
