* The Peterborough, Blackpool, Rotherham and Crewe attendances were boosted by free tickets for school children in the Rookery stand. This probably added 4-5,000 onto the gate.

** Free tickets given away to season ticket holders, plus admission reduced to stlg 5 and stlg 1. And still one of the lowest League attendances of the season!
