A forgettable first half against Charlton ended up in a committed second. Peter Beadle scored his first goal for the club and Phillips did what Phillips does - it was our best display for some time. We briefly threatened to hammer Derby after Super Kev opened the scoring in the second minute, but another missed penalty took the wind out of our sails. Derby equalised, despite being down to ten men, and dominated the rest of the game but we ended the season with a win as at last a penalty was successfully converted by Ramage.
